One company has chosen to install Conrab Opto to manage its customer contracts.

Previously handled in a binder system, these have now been imported into Conrab Opto instead.
The contracts are retrieved in the Conrab Opto search portal and the system automatically sends out reminders in good time before renegotiation.

An integration with SAP means that the contracts are automatically deactivated if the customer is deactivated in the customer register in SAP.
