Scan delivery notes

The goods are often accompanied by a consignment note, which is used to unpack the goods. Often the warehouse writes
information on this delivery note that may be of interest. The consignment note is then filed in binders
or boxes.

With Conrab Opto, you start by scanning the delivery note. Everything on the delivery note is interpreted and
any comments that need to be added are entered into Conrab Opto instead. Buyers have
the option to add a watch on, for example, an order number or an item number. When
the delivery note is interpreted and Conrab Opto finds a value that is on watch
a message is automatically sent to the buyer. This way, the warehouse does not have to deal with a lot of buyers
calling to ask if a particular order or item is coming in.

All delivery notes are archived in Conrab Opto and can be linked to, for example, supplier agreements or
similar.
