Family-owned Mårdskog & Lindkvist AB implemented Conrab Opto into their current business system in 2005. By doing so, they save time and increases productivity.
Shorter processing times for the family business
The aim was to shorten the processing time for each supplier invoice from arrival to payment and to increase the availability and ease of retrieval of supplier invoices, as the company has offices in several locations.
In 2005, Conrab Opto was implemented through the company's ERP system, and direct cooperation began two years later. Both version 5 and the upgrade to version 6 were complete solutions, with the possibility of further development of version 6 with more solutions and modules.
Today, customers experience more reliable certification flows, reduced manual work thanks to automated registration of supplier invoices and smoother internal communication on invoice issues.
They see an increase in productivity due to the acceleration of the manual registration of supplier invoices and cost invoices. They now have better internal control and better tools for producing and reviewing statistics, for example for the financial statements, but also for day-to-day financial management.
When upgrading to version 6, we had close contact with Mårdskog & Lindkvist. They underwent training and were also offered a test environment to continuously tune the functionality against their business system. The personal contact was something the customer appreciated very much.
