Sova, Sweden's largest retailer of quality beds and accessories, has been a Conrab Opto customer since 2006 but became more involved in the system in 2019 when they upgraded to version 6. Today, they save an incredible amount of time with interpretation templates, automatic registration and automatic approval. The advanced flow has meant that invoices are sent out to the right people and they don't miss adding the person who also has to certify the invoices.
Personal contact and tailor-made system
In 2019, when Sova moved to version 6, the management of invoices was improved and streamlined enormously. Today, a lot of time is saved with interpretation templates, automatic registration and automatic approval. The advanced flow has ensured that invoices are sent out to the right people and there is no risk of missing adding the person who also has to certify the invoices. Version 6 made it possible to match both order confirmations and purchase invoices, and there is no need to check or remember who has to certify which invoices or who always has to be in the certification flow for different amount limits.
When Sova was moving to version 6, it had a clear picture of how the process of matching purchase invoices would work. A lot of time was spent on that part to make it work exactly as they wanted and to make it easier to reconcile in the future. What was important here was to distinguish how a purchase invoice was accounted for compared to an expense invoice and what information was being fed into the ERP system from the purchase invoices.
Sova is very pleased with the cooperation with Conrab Opto:
"
""We find the personal contact with Conrab Opto to be absolutely wonderful. They are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with everything. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep things in order and streamline their invoicing process. It is also very positive that it is possible to tailor the system to your own business and get the modules and customisation that you need. It's nice that Conrab Opto is not a square system."
