Conrab Opto can be used for much more than supplier invoices. At its core, it is a system with functionality for virtually all types of workflows.
Recently, one of our customers has started to manage their material certificates in Opto instead of doing it manually. The process means that incoming material certificates from the customer's supplier are imported into Opto, a new certificate is automatically created based on the original certificate, and this new certificate can now be automatically redistributed in connection with deliveries of materials and products.
This creates huge time savings, and all documents are in one place, easily retrievable with permissions and statistics functions.
