A company in Norway has chosen Conrab Opto to scan, interpret and archive packing slips.

Packing slips are imported by e-mail and scanned. The information is machine interpreted and becomes searchable in a free text field via the archive.

Interpreted documents are automatically registered in the archive and thus also searchable by the organisation. After only a few months, 75% of the packing slips are handled automatically.

"We are already saving a lot of time looking for the right packing slips, both for deviation handling and for goods receipt registration."
